Cyrus Bahrami, Managing Director (South Texas)

Cyrus Bahrami oversees development, investment and construction operations for the South Texas Division which includes the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and College Station markets. He brings more than 14 years of real estate investment, development and finance experience and has developed over 5,000 units since joining Alliance. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Bahrami served as Vice President of Investments and Development for M-M Properties, where he participated in the acquisition, development and asset management of multifamily and commercial-office properties in excess of $600MM. Mr. Bahrami also held previous positions with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP and Equastone Real Estate Investment Advisors. Mr. Bahrami graduated summa cum laude from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance.

Mark Bramlett, Development Director (Houston)

Mark Bramlett is responsible for sourcing and managing new development and investment projects for Alliance in the greater Houston market. Mr. Bramlett previously worked at HFF and participated in the sale of more than $1.4B in land and self-storage transactions. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Urban Planning and a Master of Real Estate, and is a Houston Board Member of the Aggie Real Estate Network.

Jeff Diltz, Development Director (Austin/San Antonio)

Jeff Diltz is responsible for sourcing and managing all aspects of development and investment projects for Alliance in Austin and San Antonio. Previously, he served as a Director at M-M Properties and Director of Acquisitions at Allen Harrison Company. Mr. Diltz is responsible for the acquisition and development of over 3,250 apartment units. He earned a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.

Brandon Fleetwood, Regional CFO (South Texas)

Brandon Fleetwood manages financing efforts and financial administration for the South Texas region. Responsibilities include portfolio and division finances, refinance efforts, capital sourcing and investor relationships. Mr. Fleetwood has coordinated capital and closings of 4,000+ units since joining Alliance; before transitioning to finance, he spent two years in a national controllership role overseeing tax compliance, financial reporting and risk management for Alliance’s investment portfolio. Mr. Fleetwood has more than six years of public and private accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and is a former licensed CPA in the state of Arizona. He holds a Masters in Accounting and Information Systems from Arizona State University.

Kelcie Berry, Asset Manager (South Texas)

Kelcie Berry oversees asset strategy for nearly 5,000 units located in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and College Station. She previously worked for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group as a Relationship Manager. Ms. Berry is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and Business Honors, and an MS in Real Estate. She is active with the Aggie Real Estate Network (AREN), ULI and The Women’s Resource.

Brian Watson, Vice President of Construction (South Texas)

Brian Watson oversees the construction process throughout Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and College Station. Mr. Watson has 26 years of experience in construction, most recently serving as the head of construction for Martin Fein Interests, where he was responsible for all construction activity throughout the firm’s regional footprint. Prior to Martin Fein Interests, Mr. Watson held various positions with JPI with ultimate responsibilities for the start-up of the California divisional office for JPI Multifamily construction in San Diego. Mr. Watson also served as a Project Manager with Drever Partners early in his career with key responsibilities overseeing rehab and capital improvements for existing apartment projects in Phoenix and San Diego. Mr. Watson received a BS in Construction Management from The University of North Texas in 1992.

Mike Chambers, Vice President of Construction (South Texas)

Mike Chambers oversees the construction in Houston, San Antonio, Austin and College Station, with responsibility of estimating, cost reports, contract administration, and field operations. Mr. Chambers has more than 42 years of construction experience building in 10 states and spanning a variety of product types from multi-family wrap, podium, mid-rise apartments, garden apartments, condominiums, hotels, single family, and commercial buildings. Within the past 13 years he has developed a team of project managers and field supervisors that have overseen the construction of 38 properties at Alliance (South Texas) totaling 12,000 units at over $1.1 Billion in total project cost. Prior to Alliance, he was Vice President at Trammell Crow Residential for five years and supervised the construction of 22 properties totaling over 5,500 units. Mr. Chambers graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Building Construction. He is a member of NAHB and Certified Green Professional (CGP)
