Andrew Farley
Development Director (Mountain)
Andrew Farley is responsible for the execution of development projects in Colorado. His responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence, budgeting, design, entitlements, and managing the construction and stabilization of new development projects. Andrew joined Alliance in 2012 working for Alliance’s property management company. Since transitioning to his development role in 2014, Andrew has overseen the design and development of over 3,800 units of Class A and Workforce housing units in a variety of product types including high-rise, wrap, and suburban garden in the Metro Denver market. Andrew graduated with a BS in Community & Regional Planning from Iowa State University.
