Stephen Squatrito
Acquisition Director (Southwest)
Stephen Squatrito joined the Investments team at Alliance in 2015 and has participated in the acquisition and redevelopment of over 4,440 units across 14 Multifamily properties. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, debt/equity structuring, construction management, and asset/portfolio management. At Alliance, Stephen previously held the position of Director of New Business Development Southwest where he grew the national property management presence. He graduated with honors from The Albers School of Business at Seattle University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship. During is time at Seattle University Stephen also competed in NCAA Division 1 Track and Field.
