Jeff Diltz
Managing Director (Austin/San Antonio)
Jeff Diltz is responsible for sourcing and managing all aspects of development and investment projects for Alliance in Austin and San Antonio. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Diltz served as a Director at M-M Properties and Director of Acquisitions at Allen Harrison Company where he developed and acquired multifamily and commercial. Mr. Diltz started his career as an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in Dallas. Over his career, Mr. Diltz has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 7,000 apartment units including garden, mid-rise and mixed use product types. Mr. Diltz graduated with a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
