David Armesy
Development Director
David Armesy is responsible for executing new development opportunities across all project phases in the Pacific Northwest. His responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence, budgeting, design and entitlements, and managing the construction and successful stabilization of new multifamily assets. Since joining in 2019, David has overseen the design and development of over 1,000 units of Class A and Workforce housing units in the Seattle and Portland markets. Prior to joining Alliance, David worked for a national planning and urban design firm based in Denver, where he gained a strong background in project planning and execution. He received a BS in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University and an MS in Real Estate from University of Colorado Boulder.
