Dan McCadden, Managing Director (Pacific Northwest)

Dan McCadden is responsible for sourcing and negotiating the purchase of new development sites, and acquiring and rehabilitating existing communities in the Pacific Northwest region. Mr. McCadden has more than 20 years of experience in residential construction, multifamily development and management, commercial brokerage, architecture and finance. Prior to joining Alliance, he held positions with BRE Properties and Pegasus Development Company. Mr. McCadden holds a BA in Economics from Hamilton College and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association.

Jeremiah Jolicoeur, Managing Director (Pacific Northwest)

Jeremiah Jolicoeur is responsible for the sourcing and development process of all projects in Seattle and Portland. Specifically, he oversees market review, strategy evaluation, land opportunity negotiation, construction coordination, and leasing and asset disposition activity for each investment in the region. Mr. Jolicoeur has six years of tenure at Alliance, and has worked directly with senior executives to finance and manage development projects and acquisitions throughout company’s footprint. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Jolicoeur worked in advisory and attestation services for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Phoenix, AZ, specializing in financial services. A licensed CPA in the state of Arizona, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utah State University with a BS in Management Information Systems and also earned a Masters in Accounting from the University of Arizona.

Peter Solar, Managing Director (Northern California)

Peter Solar is responsible for overseeing development activities in Northern California, including acquisition, capitalization, design, construction, operations and disposition. Mr. Solar has more than 18 years of multifamily experience and has developed 8,300+ units in Northern and Southern California, Boston and New Jersey. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Solar was a Vice President at Equity Residential (EQR) where he oversaw development activities in Northern California. Prior to EQR, Mr. Solar worked for Trammell Crow Residential as Managing Director with responsibility for sourcing, developing and constructing multifamily housing in California, Boston and New Jersey. He holds a BA from The University of Southern California, a Masters from George Washington University, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Brett Harrison, Vice President of Construction (Pacific Northwest)

Brett Harrison leads the design and execution of multifamily development in the Northwest, and his  team-build approach ensures the reliable delivery of complex mixed-use urban infill projects throughout the region. Mr. Harrison has more than 30 years of real estate development and construction management experience. Prior to joining Alliance, he served as President of Construction and Partner for Trammell Crow Residential, leading the design and execution of sophisticated mid- and high-rise urban infill projects in the Puget Sound region, totaling over $350MM in development value. Mr. Harrison progressively held estimating, operations and executive leadership positions during his 20 years of employment with Howard S. Wright Construction Co., a recognized large commercial and industrial general contracting firm. Mr. Harrison is a Washington State native, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington.

Sumer Bradley, Regional Vice President of Operations (Pacific Northwest)

Sumer Bradley has more than 23 years of experience in the multifamily industry and, since joining Alliance in November 2014, she has demonstrated strong leadership in working with our owned and third-party properties in the Pacific Northwest. Most recently, Ms. Bradley served as Regional Manager with responsibility for Alliance’s assets in Seattle. Her background ranges from new developments and redevelopments to acquisitions, dispositions, conventional, mixed-use, affordable and senior housing properties. Ms. Bradley holds a CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor’s in Speech Communications.

Billie LaBelle, Vice President of Operations (Northwest)

As Vice President in the Northwest region, Billie LaBelle is responsible for supervising operations in Alliance’s Bay Area market. Ms. LaBelle has more than a decade of experience in the industry, primarily in new developments and lease-ups, renovations and value-adds, stabilized assets and properties with a retail component. Prior to joining Alliance in 2014, she served as the Portfolio Manager for Prometheus Real Estate Group based out of San Francisco. Ms. LaBelle studied Real Estate Development and Finance at Portland State University and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Doug Leventon, Vice President of Operations (Northwest)

Doug Leventon is responsible for overseeing property operations in Sacramento and the Bay Area. He has more than 10 years of multifamily experience with a background in developing strategies for mixed-use, high-rise, lease-up, affordable and luxury communities. His areas of specialty include lease-up execution, building teams, training and mentoring associates, and managing capital improvement budgets and projects. Since 2007, Mr. Leventon has led operations and property performance strategies for several portfolios throughout California, from Class-A assets to rehab communities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
