Roman Eskue

As Chief Accounting Officer, Roman Eskue is responsible for the full accounting operations of Alliance Residential Company and a 100+ multifamily development portfolio. This includes oversight of transformation and AI initiatives, FP&A, tax, audits, treasury, and SOX. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Eskue held global leadership roles at Axon, GoDaddy, and VEREIT, including oversight of accounting, M&A integration, deal desk, transformation, shared services, and SOX. In addition, Mr. Eskue performed assurance services for Ernst & Young and has held other finance and technical roles.

Mr. Eskue graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Economics, as well as a Master of Accounting degree. Mr. Eskue holds an active Certified Public Accountant license in Arizona.
