Lukas Williams joined the Investments team at Alliance Residential Company in 2025. His responsibilities as Investments Director include sourcing, underwriting, debt/equity structuring, construction management, and asset/portfolio management. Before Alliance, Lukas held the position of Acquisitions Director at Rincon Partners, where he participated in the transaction of multifamily assets across the Sunbelt. Prior to Rincon Partners, Lukas served as an Associate at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners (NYSE: WD), asset managing bridge loans across the country. Lukas received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Construction Management, and a minor in Business Ethics & Legal Studies, from the University of Denver. While attending DU, Lukas was a four-year Division I swimmer, where he set several school and conference records.
