Construction Operations (Mid-Atlantic)
Hunter is responsible for oversite of all construction operations from preconstruction estimating through project turnover for the Mid-Atlantic region. Over 18 years of construction experience with 12 years specifically dedicated to multifamily. Prior to joining Alliance, Hunter gained experience as Project Manager for Northwood Ravin and CF Evans Construction where he focused on multifamily construction in the Carolina’s. Past projects have spanned a variety of product types from multifamily wrap, podium, mid-rise apartments, garden apartments, and commercial. Hunter received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business from East Carolina University in 2007. He holds a GC license in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
