Elliott Simmonds

Elliott Simmonds is responsible for all new development and acquisition activities in the Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville areas. He brings 9 years of experience to the role. Throughout his career, Mr. Simmonds has been directly involved in the development and capitalization of over 3,000 apartments across various product types. Mr. Simmonds graduated from UCF with a BA in Real Estate and also earned an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC. He is a veteran, who proudly served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantrymen in the 82nd Airborne Division.
