Brandon Fleetwood

Brandon Fleetwood manages financing efforts and financial administration for the South Texas region. Responsibilities include portfolio and division finances, refinance efforts, capital sourcing and investor relationships. Mr. Fleetwood has coordinated capital and closings of 20,000+ units and $4B in real estate capital since joining Alliance; before transitioning to finance, he spent two years in a national controllership role overseeing tax compliance, financial reporting and risk management for Alliance’s investment portfolio. Mr. Fleetwood is also the national CFO of Alliance Industrial, an affiliate company of Alliance Residential focusing on warehouse development and acquisition opportunities. Mr. Fleetwood has more than six years of public and private accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and is a former licensed CPA in the state of Arizona. He holds a Masters in Accounting and Information Systems from Arizona State University.
