Andy Clay
Managing Director (Mountain)
Mr. Clay oversees development, investment and construction operations for Alliance Residential Company throughout the Mountain Region. He joined Alliance in 2006 and has developed 7,000 units capitalized above $3B in the Denver metro area. Mr. Clay oversees land acquisition strategy and negotiations, entitlement and permitting, construction coordination and execution as well as marketing, leasing and disposition strategies of Alliance assets in the region. Mr. Clay serves on the ULI Product Council and is a board member on Colorado’s Workforce Housing Coalition. He received a Bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Colorado Christian University as well as post-graduate studies in Finance and Urban Planning at the University of Colorado at Denver.
