Donald Santos oversees Alliance Residential Company’s development, investment, and construction activities across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest divisions. Mr. Santos began his career in real estate finance in 2003, playing a direct role in transactions totaling more than $2 billion before transitioning into development. As a principal, he has led the development of roughly 14,000 multifamily and senior living units, representing approximately $3 billion in total capitalization across the East Coast. Mr. Santos graduated with honors from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and earned an MBA as a Dean’s Fellow, with concentrations in Real Estate and Corporate Finance, from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
