Kyle Fletcher is a Director of Asset Management at Alliance Residential Company, responsible for asset management and business plan execution across the Acquisitions – East multifamily portfolio. Based in the Houston office, Kyle brings over 20 years of experience across real estate, finance, and technology, combining institutional financial discipline with a hands-on focus on driving property performance and long-term value.
Prior to joining Alliance, Kyle founded and scaled multiple domestic and international companies across real estate, energy and technology, led post-acquisition integrations as CFO & CTO, and developed technology platforms adopted by several Fortune 500 companies. A passionate leader, he combines strategic thinking with operational rigor to drive innovation and create long-term enterprise value.
Kyle earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Rice University, where he co-founded the Rice Angel Network and has served as an MBA mentor and an advisory board member for Rice Alumni Entrepreneurs & Innovators.
