Julia Wilk
Managing Director (Northern California)
Julia Wilk is responsible for new acquisition, investment, and development for Alliance Residential in Northern California. Prior to joining Alliance in 2026, she was Managing Director for Wood Partners in Northern California and San Diego where she led the development of over 2,000 units with a total capitalization exceeding $1B. She built podium, wrap, garden and townhome projects and led the acquisitions, entitlement, development processes on complex new construction and adaptive reuse multifamily and mixed-use projects.
She received her B.A. in history from Yale University, a M.A in History from University College Dublin, and a Masters of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
