The National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Green certification program has certified more than 700,000 homes and apartments nationwide, setting the bar for energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor air quality, and overall sustainability in residential construction. Being recognized as the Partner of the Year places Alliance among a select group of developers who go above and beyond in advancing high-performance, third-party verified green building.
