“5 Land Deals You May Have Missed,” Multifamily Dive

Managing Director of the Georgia Region Carter Brehm was featured in the national publication’s roundup of the top land deals of 2026, spotlighting Alliance’s acquisition of 3.65 acres at 3200 Cobb Parkway SE in the Cumberland Galleria district for the development of Broadstone Lola.

The 300-unit Class A luxury apartment community, designed by Brock Hudgins Architects, will offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 600 to 1,100 square feet. Residents will enjoy a Parisian-inspired aesthetic with standout amenities including an onsite market, gaming lounge, fitness center, conference room, pet spa, and a resort-style saltwater pool — all positioned steps from The Battery Atlanta, Truist Park, and the Cumberland Galleria.

The land was secured through an off-market transaction — a direct result of Alliance’s deep market relationships and strategic conviction in Atlanta’s most dynamic submarkets. As Brehm put it: “We just got aggressive on it because we really like the story with proximity to Battery, but also the access to every major job pocket here in Atlanta.”

Broadstone Lola is slated to begin welcoming residents in summer 2027.
