PHOENIX (Nov. 18, 2013) — Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Company is nearing completion of  Broadstone Lincoln at the high-profile northwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Lincoln Drive. The second of three high-profile apartment projects delivering in the Valley, Broadstone Lincoln opened doors at the end of October and is kicking the lease-up process into high gear. Meanwhile, sister property Broadstone Camelback was the first flagship project completed and recently celebrated with a grand opening affair for residents, Alliance associates, and a variety of vendors, partners and city officials. The three developments are branded under Alliance’s luxury Broadstone collection residence banner. The property sits on 3.35 acres of land that will serve as the final keystone to the successful Scottsdale Waterfront center. The 259-unit community within the heart of downtown Scottsdale sits just south of Scottsdale Fashion Square and adjacent to the Scottsdale Waterfront restaurants, high-rise condominiums and specialty retail stores. The community will offer studio, one-, two- and two-plus-bedroom floor plans, averaging 850+ square feet. Project completion is scheduled for third quarter 2014.
