This Real Estate Firm Could be Giving $10,000 Raises
Alliance Residential Co. — which is based in Phoenix and is one of the largest apartment developers in the U.S. — has launched a new program that result in some employees getting $10,000 raises.
Alliance has launched a new $1.4 million program for employees earning certified property manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
The multifamily company will help employees get that professional designation and those who did will earn a $10,000 raise.
“We are giving associates the opportunity to hone their skill sets, advance their careers and earn more money by taking advantage of our partnership with IREM to earn a CPM designation,” said Rachel Davidson, senior vice president of performance for Alliance. “As a recognized symbol of expertise within the industry, we want to make it easy for our associates to pursue this distinction and continue to set themselves apart as leaders in real estate and within the business sector at large, so we pay the education costs for the CPM designation and make coursework available to associates through our internal learning management platform.”
Alliance wants to have 90 percent of managers get the designation.
