Plans Develop for Broadstone First Hill in Seattle

Alliance recently presented initial design and construction plans for a new apartment building in Seattle called Broadstone First Hill. The infill project will occupy a vacant site at the corner of Jefferson Street and Terry Avenue in the burgeoning First Hill neighborhood – an area in need of greater housing density and more public amenity spaces.

The 312,000-square foot development will have six to eight floors of apartments and about 5,000 square feet of on-site retail space. Future residents will enjoy modern amenities such as a rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen, a pet park and plenty of space to store and repair bicycles.

The project will be the first of its kind to engage with the First Hill Public Realm Action Plan (PRAP), an initiative aimed at connecting parks and public spaces to enhance mobility and livability in First Hill.
